Listing policy

Tutor profiles must describe genuine math teaching services and contain accurate qualifications, experience, lesson rates and contact details. All displayed lesson rates in this launch version are CAD per hour. Do not enter another currency as though it were CAD.

Only approved profiles are public. Significant edits are held for review; the previously approved version stays visible until approval. Publication is also subject to account verification, account status and any regular-listing eligibility the owner has enabled.

Public email and phone are optional and require the tutor to select the publishing checkbox. Account login email is private. Use an international phone number with + and country code. Uploaded profile photos must be JPG, PNG or WebP and no larger than 5 MB; accepted images are resized and re-encoded.

Paid featured profiles must still match the visitor’s filters. Up to three matching promoted tutors are displayed at a time. Eligible promoted tutors share those positions through rotation. Featured placements have independently approved start/end dates and are labelled Featured · Paid placement. Payment is not a qualification or verification badge.

Canadian listing/payment instructions are confirmed by the site owner. Non-Canadian tutors request a private quote for the amount, currency and method. No country-specific international payment instructions are publicly published. Stripe, PayPal or another provider can be considered separately; none is connected in this installation.

Send listing questions, correction requests, complaints and refund requests to [email protected]. The owner should set and communicate the final launch offer and commercial terms before inviting paid applications.

Launch offer: complete tutor applications submitted while complimentary admission is open qualify, subject to approval, for 12 months of ordinary listing from first publication. Closing admission does not shorten an existing grant. One launch grant per tutor account; edits or resubmission do not restart it. Paid promotion is optional during this period.

Promotion packages include public listing for the agreed term, eligibility for matching promoted search positions, and one social publication round per three months. Each round uses a short tutor introduction, profile link and related tags through the channels confirmed before payment. Rotation does not guarantee a fixed position, views, inquiries or students. After all listing periods expire, the public profile is hidden; existing conversations remain accessible. New purchases and renewals use the terms agreed at purchase; existing social commitments remain recorded.
